Description
The role assists with planning, layout, and performance of pipe fitting and fabrication work while following plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. The position requires working with other crafts, maintaining crew relationships, using math and tools safely, eliminating waste, and following safety procedures. It requires one to two years of industrial or commercial construction experience, with NCCER Core Curriculum or a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and involves hard physical work, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varying temperatures and outside conditions.
