Description
The role assists with planning, layout, and performance of pipe fitting and fabrication work while following plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. The position requires working with crew members, maintaining safety and productivity, using tools and equipment, performing basic math, and adapting to varying temperatures and outdoor conditions. It requires one to two years of industrial or commercial construction experience, with NCCER Core Curriculum or a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and involves hard physical work, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and wearing personal protective equipment.
