Description
AECOM is hiring a Pipeline Mapper in Houston, Texas to perform routine and non-routine drafting assignments, digitize or trace design sketches and concepts, and create pipeline alignment sheets, profiles, typical drawings, and permit drawings using CADD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation and Civil3D. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and at least two years of experience in pipeline alignment drawing creation, pipeline typical and permit drawing creation, and civil survey data for pipeline design and mapping. Preferred qualifications include experience with map templates, surfaces, survey points, offset alignments, KMZs, shapefiles, XREFs, BlueSky Skyline, BlueBeam PDF, ArcGIS Pro, and Global Mapper.
