The role involves profiling and analyzing user journeys, developing algorithms for Android workload efficiency, designing and implementing performance improvements, analyzing CPU, GPU, and fabric utilization, and debugging software optimization issues across the kernel, task scheduling, and Android framework. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of C++ or Python programming experience, 5 years of software product testing and launch experience, 5 years of Linux experience, and 3 years of software design and architecture experience.
