Description
The Pizza Chef will prepare and cook pizzas, manage mise en place and service, support events and special hospitality projects, maintain HACCP quality and hygiene standards, handle food and ingredients responsibly, assist with goods inspections and inventory, and collaborate with the kitchen and service teams. The role is full-time at 1010 Vienna, requires relevant pizza chef experience and knowledge of German, Italian, and/or English, and offers training, advancement opportunities, and participation in tips.
