Description
The Lab Assistant supports Phase I clinical trials by collecting and processing clinical and pharmacokinetic specimens, monitoring urine and 24-hour collections, maintaining the sample area, labeling PK/PD tubes, creating safety lab requisitions, and transporting specimens to local laboratories. The role also includes clerical and data-entry duties, participant safety, and communication with staff about abnormal results or adverse events. Hours are project-dependent and may include weekends or very early or late hours.
