Description
Signers National is hiring a Placement Associate to support new and renewal commercial insurance placements. The role reviews submission materials, resolves missing information, assists with carrier marketing, quoting, pricing and coverage comparisons, tracks carrier responses, submits approved accounts, maintains workflow records in Caffeine and agency management systems, prepares bind orders and placement documentation, and communicates with sales teams, carriers, and brokers. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of commercial insurance placement experience are preferred, along with a P&C Producer License, P&C coverage knowledge, Excel proficiency, attention to detail, deadline management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
