Description
Youthnet is hiring a Placement Support Manager for its Caregiver Support Program in the Pacific Mountain area, covering Grays Harbor, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, and Thurston Counties. The role provides individualized case support, develops and implements Caregiver Support Plans, coordinates referrals and community resources, monitors foster-home compliance, documents services, and maintains relationships with families and service providers. The position requires a master’s or bachelor’s degree in social services or a related field, or five years of relevant experience, along with training, communication, computer, driver’s license, insurance, criminal-check, and onsite or remote-work capabilities. The salary range is $22.00–$27.49 per hour.
