The role provides market expertise, placement solutions, insurer-product knowledge, and relationships with underwriters and partner insurers, while managing workloads and contributing to business targets and network initiatives. Candidates need insurance-sector experience in broking or underwriting, strong technical knowledge, communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
