MAP Retirement is hiring a Plan Consultant to administer and support employer-sponsored defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans. The role handles plan testing, contribution calculations, government filings, plan document analysis, benefit distributions, PBGC filings, and plan termination support while collaborating with plan sponsors, advisors, accountants, actuaries, and consultants. Candidates need at least three years of retirement plan administration experience, knowledge of IRS, DOL, and ERISA regulations, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with PBGC requirements. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with safe harbor contributions, paid time off, life insurance, FSA and HSA, training, and an annual salary range of $68,000 to $98,000.
