MAP Retirement is hiring a Plan Consultant II to serve as a senior retirement plan compliance and technical resource. The role handles complex plan administration, annual nondiscrimination and compliance testing, employer contributions, corrections, data reconciliation, government filings, IRS and DOL audit support, client and internal technical support, and coaching of Plan Consultant I team members. Candidates need at least three years of qualified retirement plan administration and compliance experience, knowledge of IRS, DOL, and ERISA regulations, and proficiency with compliance software such as FTW. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with safe harbor contributions, paid time off, life insurance, FSA and HSA benefits, training, and a salary range of $50,000 to $80,000 annually.
