The Plan Developer leads the pre-construction phase of commercial construction projects, including feasibility studies, budget and cost assessment, contract preparation, client and stakeholder coordination, and the development of buildable plans for new-build and renovation projects. The role requires higher professional education, commercial construction project experience, and strong leadership and communication skills, and offers a permanent hybrid contract with a salary commensurate with experience.
