Description
The Plan Preparation Engineer will provide construction-technical substantiation for plans during the tender and design phases, collaborate with the Plan Developer, and ensure the Technical Design is feasible, executable, budget-compliant, and delivered on time. The role assesses designs from architectural and structural perspectives, supervises external parties, prepares phase dossiers, contributes to risk analysis and schedules, and reports to the Head of Plan Development. The position is based in an office in Capelle aan den IJssel and requires at least higher professional education in Construction Engineering or a comparable field, several years of experience in a similar role, and knowledge of contracts, laws, and regulations.
