PBC is hiring experienced Plan Processors and Designers for complex residential, multi-unit, and terrace-house developments. The role requires a Reg 18 qualification, at least three years of Plan Processor or Building Surveyor experience, and five years of residential design experience for the Designer track. Responsibilities include processing plans, designing complex residential projects, communicating professionally with customers, applying New Zealand building regulations, and using computer systems.
