Description
E-Plan Exam is hiring a Commercial Building & HVAC Plan Examiner to review architectural layouts, structural designs, and HVAC plans for compliance with building codes and regulations. The role provides feedback to architects, engineers, designers, and contractors; maintains review records; and serves as a resource for code interpretations and preliminary reviews. The position is remote from a home in Wisconsin or Ohio and requires a high school diploma or GED, a Wisconsin commercial building inspector license or PE/architect license, Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, at least three years of similar experience, and a valid driver’s license.
