Planned Maintenance (PM) Technician responsible for scheduled maintenance of lift trucks within a designated service zone. The role focuses on customer relationship management as the primary service contact, communicating repairs and maintenance needs, conducting inspections, performing minor forklift repairs, and keeping PM service records accurate and complete. It requires a clean driving record, basic computer skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work in maintenance environments at customer locations such as manufacturing sites, warehouses, and cold storage facilities.
