Securitas is hiring a Security Planner to manage short-term security staffing plans for up to eight weeks, including approximately 12,000 billable hours per pay period. The role handles sick leave, last-minute customer requests, capacity issues, stakeholder communication, and operational meetings, working closely with a Capacity Planner and Operations Managers. The position requires MBO4-level education, 1–3 years of operational planning experience, willingness to work a weekly shift every four weeks, and residence within 40 km of Amsterdam.
