Description
The Service Coordinator / Planner serves as the operational link between customers, technicians, suppliers, and colleagues, developing daily schedules, organizing service interventions and installations, prioritizing urgent calls, monitoring maintenance contracts, managing machine and customer data, processing work orders, and coordinating with administrative and technical teams. The role requires strong planning, organizational, communication, administrative, and problem-solving skills, fluent Dutch and French communication, and at least five years of administrative experience; technical knowledge is not required because extensive in-house training is provided.
