Planner at AO

AO is hiring an Intermediate Urban Planner for a full-time, 100% onsite role in its Orange, California office. The position supports entitlement and planning efforts across residential and mixed-use developments, including site plans, conceptual studies, zoning and General Plan reviews, entitlement due diligence, planning submittals, presentations, and project visioning. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of experience, residential planning and multifamily experience, and proficiency with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Compensation is $90,000–$110,000, with medical, dental, life, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
