Arise Virtual Solutions is hiring a full-time Resource Planner to report to the Care Center Operations Senior Team Leader and manage workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time resource management for 300+ Care Center Consultants across internal locations and a vendor partner. The role covers call, email, back-office, training, and offline activity planning; intraday staffing adjustments; performance reporting; and on-call support during weather events and operational disruptions. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of workforce management, resource planning, scheduling, or forecasting experience are required, with contact center, leadership, and Aspect experience preferred.
