Description
The Planner/Scheduler leads assigned factory production by aligning weekly and daily production loading with the master production schedule, analyzing supply and demand, releasing work orders, monitoring shipment and capacity performance, coordinating with departments on delivery risks, managing work-in-process and manufacturing commitments, handling engineering changes and non-conforming materials, and supporting RMA orders. The role requires 2–3 years of supply chain management experience, business or engineering education or equivalent experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, manufacturing-process knowledge, basic ERP/MRP knowledge, and good communication skills.
