The Production Operations Manager supports luxury airline catering production by coordinating culinary teams, maintaining ERP and internal systems, updating recipes, pricing, and galley plans, collecting dish weights, creating delivery and galley plans, reviewing bills of materials, solving production issues, and producing operational reports. The role requires ERP experience, strong Excel and reporting skills, clear communication, flexibility for seven-day operation including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and an on-site London arrangement.
