Description
The Transportation Planner assists Hays County with the Transportation Bond program, subdivision plat reviews, traffic impact assessments, road construction compliance, funding coordination, interlocal agreements, and the Transportation Master Plan. The role also involves site inspections, public and stakeholder engagement, regulatory interpretation, report preparation, and participation in planning presentations. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and three years of experience in county or municipal planning or a related field is required.
