J.Jill is hiring a Planner to manage financial and merchandise planning for assigned retail areas. The role creates category-level financial plans, forecasts sales, gross margin, and inventory, presents reforecasts, partners with allocation and sourcing on replenishment and receipt shifts, and identifies business risks and opportunities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of retail planning and analysis experience, strong analytical and collaboration skills, and proficiency with planning systems and Microsoft Office. The salary range is USD 75,000 to USD 100,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
