Description
Molex is hiring a Production Planner in Zacoalco de Torres, Jalisco, to develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term production plans based on customer demand, capacity, materials, and inventory. The role coordinates manufacturing, purchasing, warehouse, customer service, and engineering activities; monitors critical materials and supply risks; manages production orders, backlogs, urgent changes, and inventory levels; analyzes capacity and staffing needs; and prepares performance reports. The position requires a relevant engineering, manufacturing, administration, logistics, or supply chain degree, 4–6 years of experience in production planning, materials, supply chain, or related areas, advanced conversational English, high-volume manufacturing experience, ERP familiarity, and advanced Excel and data-analysis skills.
