Description
Moog is hiring an onsite Shop Planner in Buffalo, New York, reporting to the Planning Process Manager, MEC. The role owns scheduling for multiple business areas, primarily the machine shop, and coordinates with machinists, performance leads, program planning, and procurement teams. Responsibilities include creating schedules, identifying schedule risks, releasing work orders, providing completion dates, maintaining planning parameters, communicating status, and supporting cross-functional problem-solving and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field, or an associate’s degree with four years of planning experience, along with MRP planning knowledge and strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response and lean manufacturing is preferred. The role offers a base salary of $26.44–$38.46 per hour in Buffalo, New York, plus health, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
