Description
The Planner manages purchase orders and inventory for Red Wing branded footwear, workwear, accessories, and related products. The role balances demand forecasts, inventory on hand, products in transit, and supplier capacity; executes purchase orders; monitors supplier performance and lead times; resolves procurement discrepancies; supports new product launches and budget planning; and maintains supplier relationships. It requires supply chain or business education or equivalent experience, MRP and Logility experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and procurement and supplier negotiation experience. The position follows a hybrid model with office collaboration in Red Wing, Minnesota on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and offers a targeted salary range of $55,400-$74,700.
