Description
The Operations Planner will act as the control tower for trains in the rail department of a leading European maritime logistics company. Responsibilities include registering arriving and departing trains, ensuring booking accuracy, operating railway systems, preparing consignment notes, and coordinating with customers, train operators, and quay colleagues. The role requires strong Dutch and English communication, shift work between 06:30 and 23:00, and one weekend per month; prior experience in administration, customer service, or planning is advantageous.
