YoungCapital is hiring a full-time or part-time Inhouse Planner to manage staffing schedules for a PostNL client in Den Hoorn, The Hague area. The role creates daily and weekly schedules by matching temporary-worker availability with parcel volumes, maintains contact with workers, and is physically present on-site to answer questions and oversee shift starts. The position requires at least MBO level 4 ability, a category B driver's license, and experience with workforce scheduling is advantageous. It involves regular office hours, evening work, and possible weekend work during peak periods, with a gross monthly salary of €2,750 for a full-time position.
