Aperia is hiring a Planner/Buyer for its Supply Chain team to own demand and supply planning for assigned commodity groups, including off-the-shelf components and build-to-spec parts. The role covers NetSuite item master planning, purchase-order management, supplier coordination, shortage resolution, inventory health, new-product sourcing, and supplier performance. It requires a bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field, at least three years of purchasing and planning experience, ERP experience, strong Excel skills, and on-site work five days per week at the Hayward, California facility. The base salary is $95,000 to $105,000, with additional compensation potentially including equity, bonuses, stipends, and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and disability benefits.
