Description
The Order Planning / Order Management Specialist coordinates customer orders, production and material availability, forecasts, inventory replenishment, shipments, and delivery KPIs across Bosch’s Malaysian operations. The role also supports warehouse material master setup, sample orders, project ramp-up, supply validation meetings, management reporting, and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or supply-chain field, 3–5 years of order management or customer-service experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and Malaysian citizenship.
