Description
Aitech Defense Systems is hiring a Planner, Material Readiness to execute material-readiness activities supporting production schedules, program commitments, and customer deliveries. The role coordinates material availability, staging, kitting, inventory accuracy, shortage expediting, engineering changes, warehouse flow, ERP/MRP transactions, and RMA processing across Planning, Procurement, Warehouse Operations, Production, Engineering, Quality, Program Delivery, and Customer Support. It requires an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of related manufacturing, materials, logistics, inventory, or supply-chain experience, ERP/MRP and Microsoft Excel proficiency, and eligibility as a U.S. person under ITAR.
