Description
The Production Planner will develop and maintain production and shipment schedules, manage MRP and ERP systems, coordinate with production, purchasing, engineering, quality, warehouse, and logistics teams, and ensure material availability and on-time customer delivery. The role includes work-order release and dispatch, WIP and aging resolution, shipment planning, ERP exception management, customer and stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, KPI monitoring, and audit readiness. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least three years of production or materials planning experience, hands-on MRP and ERP experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
