Description
St. Louis County is hiring a Land and Minerals Planner/Planner Senior to oversee land use needs, coordinate land transactions and encumbrances, process leases and easements, conduct land-record research, obtain approvals, and serve as a liaison among field offices, attorneys, stakeholders, and the public. The role also involves short- and long-range planning in an assigned functional area and may include project management, site design, and public education. The position is full-time, requires a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience, and offers $33.54–$47.71 per hour including longevity pay.
