Molex is hiring a Production Control Planner in Haibara-gun, Shizuoka to develop and manage factory production plans, monitor progress, respond to sales representatives about delivery schedules, maintain strategic inventory, improve production efficiency, resolve production delays, and stabilize parts supply. The role requires Microsoft Office experience, communication and negotiation skills, project leadership experience, manufacturing experience, and Japanese and English proficiency; SAP, production planning, and manufacturing industry experience are advantageous.
