Amazon Logistics is hiring a Planning Analyst for its On-The-Road Capacity Planning Team to create weekly labor plans for delivery stations, analyze execution gaps, and improve future planning. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, problem solving, and strong communication. Basic qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Microsoft Excel proficiency, data warehouse experience, complex problem-solving and root-cause analysis experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred qualifications include operations, supply chain, logistics, SQL, Power Query, Power Pivot, labor planning, and transportation experience.
