Description
Mortenson is hiring a Planning and Scheduling Manager I to lead and coordinate site teams and trade partners on complex construction projects, develop and update project schedules using CPM scheduling programs, create mitigation plans, coach scheduling staff, and support proposals and company-wide planning initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or an equivalent field, at least eight years of construction experience, advanced scheduling knowledge, and strong project management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The position offers a base salary of $116,900 to $175,400, location-based increases, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement; visa sponsorship is not offered.
