The Planning & Scheduling Manager will provide strategic leadership for planning and scheduling across multiple construction projects and complex programs. The role develops and monitors integrated project schedules, identifies risks and recovery strategies, coordinates with operations, engineering, project management, and field teams, mentors scheduling professionals, supports training and project controls, and drives improvements in scheduling processes and operational efficiency. The position requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, at least 10 years of construction experience including significant planning and scheduling responsibility, and advanced knowledge of CPM, construction sequencing, logistics, resource management, 4D scheduling, and project controls. The role offers a base salary of $125,000–$190,000 plus an annual performance incentive bonus and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
