Sistema.bio is hiring a mid-level Planning Associate to support smart meter manufacturing at its Pune (Chakan) factory. Reporting to the Global Head of Manufacturing & Supply Chain, the role manages vendor coordination, production planning, BOM and SAP operations, PPC scheduling, export logistics, and documentation. The position requires 3 to 4 years of manufacturing experience, familiarity with electronics or electromechanical production, and strong English, Excel, and G-Suite skills; SAP and automated test-rig experience are preferred.
