The role independently coordinates planning activities across the company’s planning department, architects, specialist engineers, authorities, project management, and planning partners; reviews planning quality, schedule, and scope; and contributes to cost-conscious planning and construction. Applicants need a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable technical qualification, with professional experience in planning and project management for turnkey construction projects and knowledge of construction execution preferred.
