NBCUniversal’s StudioPost department is hiring a Post-Production Planning Coordinator to support scheduling operations for the Picture Department’s Color, Edit, VFX, QC, and Client Services teams across TV and mastering projects. The role manages picture-service bookings, coordinates client and talent schedules, maintains ScheduAll resources, handles remote playbacks, reviews pre-bills, tracks project status, and supports special projects. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or experience in post-production picture finishing, at least three years of post-production scheduling, operations, or producing experience, and at least two years of scheduling-program experience. The position is full-time and required to be performed on-site at an NBCUniversal-designated worksite, with a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 and medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits.
