Waagner Biro Bridge Services is hiring a Planning Engineer in Dubai, UAE to manage planning and project controls for medium- to large-scale maintenance, roads, and infrastructure construction projects. The role involves developing and monitoring Primavera P6 and MS Project schedules, preparing cost-loaded and resource-loaded programs, tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, managing delays and recovery plans, supporting authority approvals, and reporting to management and clients. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least three years of discipline experience, two years in a similar role on comparable projects in the UAE, experience with at least two Dubai projects in the last three years, strong English skills, and knowledge of construction methodologies, FIDIC contracts, claims, and project controls.
