Description
The Planning Engineer ensures on-time delivery of customer production orders by coordinating with Supply Chain, Central Planning, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams. The role manages material planning for production builds, conducts capacity studies, optimizes loading and probe-job scheduling, supports special engineering lead-lot builds, and drives continuous improvement and cost optimization. It requires production and material planning expertise, capacity analysis, ERP proficiency, data analysis, strong collaboration, and experience with AI tools, SAP warehouse modules, ASRS management, and MRB resolution.
