Description
The Progressive Companies Summer Internship Program offers a paid, full-time Planning Intern role focused on urban design and planning projects involving housing, redevelopment, and neighborhood revitalization. The intern will conduct housing, demographic, and spatial analyses; support feasibility and pro forma modeling; research housing and development policies; prepare technical writing; create maps and charts; assist with public and stakeholder engagement; and coordinate progress updates. Applicants must be enrolled in a planning-adjacent bachelor’s degree program and have completed at least one year of undergraduate studies by Summer 2027, with Microsoft Office proficiency required and Project, SharePoint, and Teams experience preferred.
