UJA-Federation of New York is hiring a Planning Lead or Senior Planning Lead for its Jewish Life Department. The role manages strategic planning, grant portfolios, funding opportunities, proposal review, due diligence, grantee stewardship, volunteer-led planning committees, and relationships with donors, community leaders, and partners. It focuses on New York-based grantmaking priorities and may be titled Senior Planning Lead for candidates with more extensive relevant experience. The position reports to the Planning Manager and is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office.
