Description
Rubix is hiring a Planning Manager to support complex AI data center infrastructure projects across the full lifecycle from development and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover. The role owns integrated master schedules, applies critical path analysis, tracks progress and risks, facilitates planning with cross-functional stakeholders and delivery partners, produces schedule forecasts and executive reporting, and improves planning processes. It requires at least five years of planning, scheduling, project controls, or construction delivery experience, advanced Primavera P6 expertise, critical path method knowledge, and willingness to travel to project sites. The position is full-time, flexible with the United Kingdom strongly preferred, and may require up to four days per week in a London office for employees within 50 miles of central London.
