Skanska is hiring a permanent Planning Manager in Peterborough for its Infrastructure function on the Anglian Water Project within the @one Alliance. The role focuses on developing and maintaining robust project plans, providing strategic planning insight, communicating milestones and progress to stakeholders, and fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while championing health, safety, and wellbeing. The ideal candidate has proven planning experience on major projects, ideally in water or civil engineering, strong Primavera P6 and collaborative planning skills, leadership experience, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
