Description
The Planning Manager studies project scopes, activities, durations, construction methods, milestones, and constraints; coordinates with the Project Director and Project Manager; prepares and optimizes programs of work and resource-loading schedules using planning software; develops recovery programs for delayed critical activities; and prepares weekly and monthly reports while following up with stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, at least 15 years of construction experience in the UAE or GCC, managerial experience in planning and executing high-quality projects, knowledge of construction activities from tendering through handover, and the ability to lead employees.
