JASARA PMC is seeking a Planning Manager to oversee project planning for key social infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress, reporting to senior management, evaluating and mitigating risks, and mentoring junior planning staff. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least 15 years of project planning experience in construction or infrastructure, proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project, strong analytical and communication skills, and leadership experience.
