Description
The Planning Manager leads project planning and resource coordination for construction projects, manages planning stakeholders, ensures contractual deliverables are implemented on time and to quality standards, identifies optimization opportunities, aligns project objectives, and steers sustainability goals. The role requires a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification, relevant planning and project-coordination experience, knowledge of the planning process and construction workflow, strong organizational and communication skills, and leadership ability.
